Refund & Cancellation Policy

Course cancellation by a learner
A learner may request cancellation before the scheduled course commencement date. Course fees paid will be refunded when a valid written request is received before the course starts.
After the course starts
Once the scheduled course has commenced, the fee is not refundable, except where Career-ed cancels the program or where a refund is required under applicable law.
How to request a refund
Email info@career-ed.in with the learner’s name, enrolled program, payment receipt/reference number, payment date and reason for cancellation. Do not send an OTP, PIN, CVV or banking password.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to appear may depend on the bank or payment provider. Career-ed will share the refund reference after initiation.
Course cancelled by Career-ed
If Career-ed cancels a paid course and does not offer an accepted alternative schedule, the learner may choose a full refund of the amount paid for that course.
