Service Delivery Policy

Nature of service
Career-ed sells training and career-support services; no physical goods are shipped. Services may be delivered online, offline or in a blended format as stated in the learner’s enrolment confirmation.
Confirmation and access
After successful payment and verification, Career-ed will issue a receipt/invoice and communicate the course name, commencement date, schedule, venue or online-access instructions through the learner’s registered mobile number or email.
Delivery timeline
The commencement date and duration vary by program and are disclosed before payment. If a start date changes, Career-ed will notify the learner and offer a revised schedule or the remedies stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
